Received the wrong IR-Sensor in my MK3S upgrade kit
I was putting off installing this upgrade because of the printer being unusable until it went back together however I finally cleared space and time and got started. I just got to the step where I install the IR-Sensor and the one in the bag is the same as the one I pulled off the MK3 and does not fit the new assembly. Can I get the appropriate one shipped ASAP? I took a picture of both of them together if you'd like to see it. Order Reference 192234875 - placed on 02/22/2019

This is the Prusa Forum, not Prusa customer support.
Contact Prusa via Email or (if you want the issue resolved fast) via livechat on their shop-page (need to be logged in for that, I believe)
But yeah, that doesn't look like the MK3S sensor but like the MK3 sensor.

I would also suggest to ask Admin to delete the order # from your post. This is a public forum and you don't want somebody messing around with it.
