Random blobs causingusing crashes

I am not sure what has happened.  I printed the 17 hour MMU part with no issues, and now simple circular coasters will get a random blob that causes a crash, usually within the first three layers.  I’ve recalibrated to no avail as well as cleaned off the material that stuck to the extruder.

Please show us a failed print and also your hotend/nozzle assembly from two different angles.

Will do once I get a chance.  After doing some searching, I suspect it's a leak at the heat block; based on seeing a small blob of filament form on one side of the nozzle where it goes into the heat block.  After cleaning prints are fine for a while.  I may have not gotten it properly sealed up between the nozzle and heat breeak.
