Quality of prints, first layer

I just received my pre assembled press i3 mk3 steel bed, and I have been enjoying it. However (attached images) the first layers and brims have been rather poor quality. I have ran the wizard multiple times and the first layer calibration, all done to handbook guidelines. Only possible problem I can find is attached image of loose screw on y belt but the belt is still tight so this doesn’t appear to be an issue. Currently running factory settings for PLA. No modifications have been done on CUra or any slicer program. Thanks.

Follow the instructions on this thread. most of us here have found it the best way to get our Z level adjusted to fix problems such as the one you are having.
