Problems with my first layer

Hi Guys,

Im wondering if anyone can help me with these issues I'm having on my first layers.
On a few earlier prints I've had a really good first layer, but this is the first time I've tried a larger based print.
Each of the "sections" as the extruder moves around seems to be of different quality. Some are really nice and smooth, some are rough and some are bumpy with holes between the filaments (a bit like a cheese grater). Additionally part of the perimeter came loose from the bed and got hooked on the PINDA probe. This seems to be the cause of where it sort of balled up in one corner.

I'm pretty new to this and not really sure where to start with fixing it. I'd appreciate any assistance you'd be able to provide.

This looks like too much squish, reduce your Live Z a bit and try again!
if you start to see ripples in your first layer, you can reduce the size of the negative Live Z value, further, if the filament starts to look like individual sphagetti strands, you can increase the liveZ negative value!
