Problem printing with flexible filament

Hello everyone

I have a big problem with printing flexible filament.
A few months ago I printed without problem a lot of flexible material parts, smartphone cases, bracelets, cases, straps ... etc.
Today I try to print parts and nothing to do, it does not print !! I did not change my printer settings or modify anything.
The first layer prints almost normally, and after that the filament no longer comes out of the nozzle!
It systematically wraps around the drive roller!
I tried to change parameters of the slicer (extrusion multiplier, ...) and also of printing, flow, speed, ... etc, more or less tightened the closing screw of the extruder hatch , changed the nozzle ... but nothing helps!
Do you have a lead? Something I wouldn't have thought of ??
My printer is the Prusa I3 MK3S (Nov 2019) and I am using Recreus Filaflex filament and it worked fine !!
Thanks in advance

What do you mean by drive roller?

thanks for answer!

I think it's called "Bondtech gear". this is what drives the filament to the hot-end

@fredic91

Check to see if your idler screw is too tight.  I would loosen it all the way and tighten till you feel it engage the spring.

This came from adjusting the height of the nozzle, which was too low.

It was preventing the filament from coming out and it was stuck.

Thanks for your help
