Prints are skipping at a specific Z-height

Hello,

We are running into an issue with our Prusa i3 MK3S+ printer, where at a specific Z-height the 3D print is no longer extruding. In the photo below you should see that at a specific height, there are a few layers that stop extruding. Has anyone had any experience troubleshooting this problem or things we might check to get this resolved? We have made sure that nothing is snagging the filament, but at this point we're unsure if this is a hardware or software issue. Any tips/things to check would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Will

I would almost suspect the extruder is quitting at that height.  If it is the same height all the time, I would move the Z axis to the height and then use the settings to extrude while moving through the range and watch.  If you have one of those nice extruder indicators, it might make it easier.  A broken cable being flexed at that point in the Z axis.
