Printer tell me to unload filament
I have installed all the new software and new parts onto my I3 mk3, with mmu2 , so now it would be I3 mk3s and mmu2s.
I have done the calibration etc and checked the first layer height,
I went to do a print today and it heats up as it should do, then it does its 9 point check, ok.
Then it looks like it is going to do the first line print the retracts the hot end when its over to the right hand side and wants me to unload the filament.

Hello Mark,
Most likely your IR sensor is triggered all the time. Check the manual and follow the procedure for calibration. You can also go to the service menu and check the sensor values. Try to move the extruder door. You should see the IR sensor triggering and releasing.
