@justinas

I really hoped we were on to something.

You can go a few hundreds lower on first layer, you can see the lines a little too good.

I am so sorry, but I really don't have any more ideas 😌
I will keep an eye on the thread, and post if I come up with something

Make sure it's a hardware problem before changing hardware!

I am using Octoprint on Raspi3B+, and Cura for a slicer, using official Prusa Cura profiles. This issue happened on direct SD card print as well, and I think on PrusaSlicer too. I think it's the slicer profile issue. I am attaching a GCODE file for the print in the picture. Can anyone suggest what is wrong?

Before changing too much else, I'd run some test prints sliced with PrusaSlicer. If those don't exhibit the same issues, it's a slicer setting problem. Don't go making a bunch of hardware adjustments.

One possibility is that Cura uses "coasting" at the end of lines to reduce flow problems. This stops the flow of filament shortly before an extrusion ends. PrusaSlicer relies on Linear Advance to avoid the need for such a setting and the Prusa filament profiles all include appropriate LA values. There is a plugin for Cura to allow inserting custom filament code and LA values.

No problem. Thank you - at least we figured out that tightening the filament door screw only makes things worse 😀

For these latest tests you see in my pictures here on this thread, I've been using PrusaSlicer with default settings. I haven't tuned linear advance yet - perhaps that's why I get these bulging corners.

Did you try a print in petg or abs to see if there is the same problem. Could your temp sensor be working bad.

With pla did lower the temp, check on the box of filament for lowest possible temperature setting, or go even lower.

And of course try to print hotter or very hot.

Here are some websites with almost the same problems:
