Print fails always at 0.1mm

Hello,

I have some problems with printing at 0,10mm layer on Prusa i3 Mk3S+.
Printer is new (assembled by me - 3 weeks ago). At first everything was totally fine and few prints (mostly figures without suuports) with 0,1mm layer were ok. Problem has occured after attempt to print figure with supports made in Meshmixer. Supports were probably too thin and not in all of the necessary places. After that situation I've cleaned the nozzle and the bed of course and since then there is no way to print at 0,1mm correctly even the models without supports that are just sticking straight to the bed. I tried to clean the nozzle even more and I washed the bed (with IPA) and after few minutes of printing with standard supports made with PrusaSlicer again something went wrong. This problem does not occur when I print at 0,15mm layer.

Here are the pictures of the last print:

I am new to this topic and honestly I do not have idea how to fix it.
Any help will be appreciated.

The supports do look ok.  The first layer even looks ok - possibly a little close since you are getting globbing that is falling down onto your supports.   Try adjusting live Z in the + direction (less negative value) - ten or twenty points.
