Print failing after several hours with warping and crashes
I find I can print for months on end with no issue and then all of a sudden something happens and nothing works any more. Recently, I can print very small or short prints like 2 or 3 hours but anything over 6 or 7 hours fails. It often crashes and I've had several extruder blobs that I have had to spend hours cleaning up. I rechecked my first layer calibration and it seems good. I've cleaned my steel sheet with isopropyl alcohol and acetone several times to no benefit. I've been printing with a brim to also help adhesion but one of the corners of my prints always seems to lift and then distort. The print usually then crashes or detaches from the sheet and then gets pushed off the print bed or becomes an extruder blob.
Here are a few pictures of a print that recently failed. It is basically a flat platform that I was going to put a model of a house on top of. You can see in the one corner that the top is distorted and that the corner lifted up.

What settings are you using and what filament?
Solution:
1. a very clean sheet, use dish soap and a lot of hot water.
2. The first layer needs to be 100%
Both settings are needed to get sticking good.
Try different filament, brands.
Cold air, or air could make it warp. Print with draft shield!
Try printing hotter or colder.
Use a big brim attached to model.
Use glue stick or other glue material, see 3d printing shops.
First layer slower, and hotter.
I have a enclosure, and pla(cheap) was warping, this is what i did,(and i was using powder coated plate)
first layer hotter,
leave doors closed(it is now colder winter time),
let enclosure heat up to 24 degrees Celsius, before printing,
clean bed with dish soap.
It could be bad filament.

Here are two shots of my first layer calibration. I think it looks good when I look at it up close. As far as PLA I've tried switching rolls and it didn't help. I'll look at making an enclosure but I doubt that is the issue as I've printed for months without an issue and the printer is in a small office with only one door, no opening windows and is heated by in floor heating (so no big drafts). I'll also try the soap and water technique to see if it helps. I did have a brim attached to the model (I removed it before taking the photos). I'm using Amaz3D grey PLA and the settings are the Prusa Slicer default ones for PLA.

your build plate seems a little smeared which suggests it has the residue of some earlier treatment remaining on it.
I suggest that you give your build plate a really good wash with hot water and dish soap, then rinse well with plain hot water,
dry with plain paper towels and handle only by the edges. to prevent finger grease getting on the surface.
I also find that 70C for the bed, works well, when there are adhesion difficulties with PLA.
after washing and drying, do not use any other surface preparation.
now try a print on the clean surface

I suggest that you give your build plate a really good wash with hot water and dish soap, then rinse well with plain hot water,

Well I washed it with hot water and soap and was able to print a 7 hour print. I'm trying a 26 hour one now and so far it is 6 hours in and looks good. Hopefully we fixed the issue. Thanks for all the help!

Magic! If it's a large print consider using bed temperatures on the higher side... I typically use 70C for the bed when printing PLA.
