Print defect mostly along one axis

I have a relatively new Prusa i3Mk3S+   I printed a tray that has three straight sides and one curved side. The straight side parallel to the y axis has a lot of defects. The others sides are much better.  There some defects on the straight face on the left.  None on the curved face on the right.

Is there something I could adjust to fix this.  Given the asymmetric nature it makes me think that it is a hardware issue.

Check your grub screws.

I don't see any defects in that photo. What are you talking about?

Chuck the grub screws on that access to make sure they are on the flat side.
