Potential warped bed?

Morning all,

So I got my prusa mk3s the other day, built it all and finished it last night no problems.

Double checked everything, calibration process ran fine says it’s perpendicular etc, great I thought!

Then it came to bed leveling, the first time it ran through the mesh bed leveling no problem, then printed the line followed by the square, and you could clearly see that it was squishing far more on the left than on the right side of the bed with the right side not adhering at all where as the left side and the square look perfect.

I ran the test several more times and a few of those times it failed mesh bed leveling on the 3rd and 4th point (bottom right and right middle) other times it got past those points without me changing anything other than z offset each run. Point 3 and 4 are exactly where it is not squishing as much, which looks to me to suggest the bed may be warped in that corner, I put a few pieces of paper together under the nozzle and you can feel far more resistance on bottom left compared to bottom right.

I have double checked the Z axis is levelling correctly when it goes up to the top, no issues there, bed runs smooth no grinding or anything like that. I also readjusted PINDA and also completely redid the whole calibration process from scratch with the same result.

Any thoughts on this?

Re: Potential warped bed?

I'd try a diffrent levelling test so you can see the extent of the problem, I've never been a fan of the inbuilt test as there isn't enough material to properly judge the full bed.

If you have a raspberry Pi laying around its worth looking at OctoPrint as there are plugins available which will output a height map of the bed so you can visualise any changes in bed height.

This is a fairly good test print that shows most of the bed.
