Possible X axis print problem
Hi There,
I've just finished assembling and calibrating my printer, and my first attempt at printing came out..."funny". Please see the attached photo. One interesting thing is that the edges seem pretty good, but the fill is skewed in X.
I've checked the belt tension on the X axis and its at 245. There's no obvious slipping. I'm close to the tightest setting on my adjustment.
Any suggestions are most appreciated!

I would check again if all axes move freely and possibly loose pulleys. Reduce the feed rate for infill. The belt tension seems to be ok.

@karl-herbert
I think it was a loose pulley! Thanks for the tip...I really cranked it down and things seem to be working better...

@nmday
Both screws should be well tightened and the first screw should be oriented at the flat point on the shaft. I wouldn't use glue like Loctite, otherwise you will have problems loosening the screws.
happy printing!
