Please Help!! Randomly seeing layer shift by a single perimeter to the left, then recovers after a few layers

Any ideas what causes this? it doesn't seem to match anything else I can find via google. It is not layer shift based on what I see as Layer shift generally dont recover, but in my case, it recovers after a few layers (some times 20 -30 layers, but it eventually recovers)

It doesn't look like it is ghosting, and it always shifting to either left or in some rare cases right (so along the X axies)

I noticed this to only occur when I print on certain position of the bed, take a look of the attached picture below, those were printed upright in that exact formation everything on the left was perfect, everything in the middle was horrible, and everything on the right were passable.

Note: the parts was printed upright, I laid them down and rotated to highlight the shifts, the shifts are all in X-axis

I tried tighten screws, lubricate, recalibrate ... nothing seems to help

I think I found the root cause, looks to be the zip tie ends was hitting the circuit box at the start of the print when the printer tries to home itself. I moved the zip tie ends to point down wards which seems to have fixed the problem.

Thou, not exactly sure why that would cause the issue the way it presented itself, but the calibration cube and the small test prints came out great... going to try printing something bigger to confirm
