PLA -> yes, PETG -> no :-/

Hello. I submitted the printer a week ago and so far I have printed a lot of PLA and PETG. Everything went perfectly. Two days ago, a 9-hour printout with PET-G was also successfully completed. Today I can not print anything. I put in a new filament, the printer handles 9 calibration points, prints the momentum and immediately afterwards the extruder rises about 5cm. At the same time, the printer puts out a filament and begins to perform sterile evolutions at the level of 5cm in the air. After removing the filament completely and inserting it again, the printer ejects it again. Turning off the filament sensor does not change anything.
I enclose the movie .
The picture also shows a much higher temperature than set for both the nozzle and the table. I do not know why this is happening. Please help.

Looks like the gCode could be wrong.
Was the gCode created in Slic3r or did you download the file somewhere in the internet?

Thank you so much. I did not take this into account. In fact, I recently installed the latest software from the manufacturer's website. I had a gcode from an earlier version and everything works great: - /. I was already taking extruder, I probably tried everything: / hm ...
