PETG rough surface on portion of print
I just got started printing on my MK3S (kit), and seem to be having general success. However, I have recently tried some prints with PETG. As a test, I printed the well-known tree frog model. Overall, the print quality looks great, and there was minimal stringing.
However, when I examined the underside, the neck of the frog is very rough with poor appearance relative to the remainder of the print. Pics are attached below. It appears to be isolated to the portion of the neck with the steepest overhang.
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this, and if it can be remedied? Is this due to an inherent limitation of PETG relative to PLA?
