Partially Clicking Extruder
We have a curious problem. Our Extruder is partially clicking and under extruding, especially when on the left side of the bed.
Nozzle is clean, gears are in good condition.
I have no idea what is causing this.
It started when i put a larger roll atop the printer (4,5 kg) with tough PLA. The first 400 to 500 grams where no problem. I started an overnight print, and came back to a clicking extruder, extruding nothing in the air. So presumably it tried to do this for some while (a few hours). But now this problem persists.
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

I hope the spool is not on the stock spool holder, right?
In my opinion the thud sound you can hear in the video is not the same clicking sound that cause the underextrusion. But i may be wrong.
If you can, post a picture of the filament tip when you pull it out after the issue. That could be helpful. Could it be due to the heat creep (the extruder motor get too hot and the filament became soft too soon)?
I'm not an expert. Ma parlo anche italiano 😉
