Oil marks on print bed + noise from motor
Our company has recently purchased Prusa MK3S+ (assembled, not the kit) which I have been enjoying. The only problem I have noticed is oil marks on the print bed after every print, and some noise from one of the motors. At first, I thought it is coming from other machines near the printer but I'm sure it is from the printer as it keeps coming out after I put the printer inside an enclosure. The problem has started from the very first print so it must be an assembly problem.
Also, I have noticed unusually loud rattling sound from one of the motors while printing, compared to the one I have in my place. I'm wondering it can also be another indication that there's a problem with assembly.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Or any suggestions to the problem?

I would suggest you contact Prusa customer service. Go to the eshop page and use the chat in the corner (it can take a minute for the chat to appear).
