noisy linear bearings on Y axis
During assembly I noticed the three bearings in the kit for the Y axis felt a little rough but never experiencing the use of linear bearings I went ahead with the assembly.
None of the other axis had rough bearings and are dead silent, now when printing the only thing I hear is the Y axis running back and forth.
Is removal and cleaning, re-lubing worth the time or is there a better quality bearing available?

Re: noisy linear bearings on Y axis
The bearings are a mixed bag. some people get great ones, some are really noisy. All of mine are pretty noisy, replaced the Y bearings with igus rj4jp-01 but thats not ideal since they're not jacketed and the u-bolts can bend them.
The rjzm-02 range would be much better since they have an aluminum jacket but good luck finding them.

Be carefiull with igus.
Bearings are excellent, hight quality, but they have maybe too much slope.
