New user with i3MK3S - First print questions

I am new at PRUSA forum. Just mounted an i3SMK3 and now with first printing.
Chose the tower; I am attaching a picture of how it looks.
Is normal the definition in the small bars? or there is some setting that is maybe not optimized. Filament is the standard PLA that comes with the kit.

That print doesn't look good at all. It is not an idea to print anything until you have calibrated a perfect first layer. From your picture it looks like the Z level is too high and needs to be adjusted. Post a picture so we can see what your first layer looks like. It can say more than a thousand words. Normally, PLA does not cause any problems with stringing, so there may be more things you need to adjust. Are you using the right print profile in PrusaSlicer?

I have measured the thickness of the test z-first layer with current setup and it is 0.25 mm. I will adjust it to half nozzle diameter (0.4/2=0.2 mm). I saw that each step of the dial is 0.02 mm or something similar.
Does it make sense?
