New Prusa owner - MK3S Kit - I think I've got it!
I've had a Monoprice Maker Select v2 for a few years, and I tweaked & modded the crap out of it.
I decided it was time for an upgrade - my MK3S kit arrived Monday. Everything has gone really well, but had trouble with getting the Live-Z dialed in & adhesion on the textured PEI steel sheet. The zigzag calibration print would look okay, but when I tried to print the Batman or Prusa logo off the bundled SD card, they would pop loose after a few layers.
Thanks to info in these forums, I cleaned my textured steel sheet thoroughly with Dawn & hot water, then I found JamesJordan's "Life Adjust" gcode. This really helped me dial in my Live-Z and proof my adhesion.
Here's my final square - settled on -0.845 - how does it look?
