New Printer (Kit) - Heater/Thermistor not connected

New Printer (Kit) - Heater/Thermistor not connected

I completed assembly of 4 new MK3s kits today. 3 are working great, but one gives the error message "Heater/Thermistor" not connected. I have connected and disconnected the hotend heater and thermistor wires from the board multiple times but to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Easiest might be to log into the estore using the account you purchased the printers under and contact support via online chat. They can ship replacements if needed.

Thanks for the suggestion. We measured the thermistor resistance which turned out too high - faulty thermistor. Prusa is sending a new one.
