Could your belt be loose or your motor / Belt Drive drive wheel, may have loose screws

yup my tension screw was installed wrong the nut that holds it wasnt pushed in far enough for it to actually thread it was just holding in the plastic so the belt was loose. thank you so much it just printed a perfect circle
