modelisation blender et slic3r

Bonjour,

this is my first 3d print and I do not know how to solve this problem (having searched extensively on the web).

The modeled object is clean but when I want to print it streaks appears on these faces as indicated by slic3r.

How to make these faces all smooth?

Sorry for my English...

Thank you very much.

Those are the infamous layer lines. You can't get rid of them. But this effect can be reduced by the (dynamic) layer height.

Thank you very much for your answer.

the setting of the print is 0.20mm and I have a clear improvement of course in 0.05mm but it should not be necessary (as all the other part are perfect)...

Solid layers (horizontal shell) are set to: 5.

could I fix it directly in blender?

Re: modelisation blender et slic3r

The staircase effect increases the flatter the angle of the profile. At steeper angles, the layers are less visible. This is what can be considered in the construction.

In Slic3r there is also the option of dynamic layer editing. Here you can increase (faster) or decrease (more detailed) the layer heights for a certain part of the print.

Also, you could make this foot face flat (0° pitch).
