MK3S X-axis Shifting?

Bought a couple years back, only recently built, excited to print something, but I'm seeing what I think is a shift in the x-axis that happens only sometimes. I've gone through the troubleshooting for x-axis shifting, which did mostly resolve my problem mainly through the tightening of the x-axis belt, but I'm still seeing issues. You can see the issues in the images below. I don't know if perhaps I should tighten the x-axis belt more, till it is a little difficult to pull the parallel sections together, or if there's something else I could do that is obvious to those with experience.

Belt status

I can't get the x-axis belt any more loose. The top two holes for the screws holding the x-axis motor are way too tight to allow adjustment. The angled screw is loose.

print a tension gauge

Get yourself some Prusament PETG and print a belt tension gauge.  There is more to getting X slide butter smooth than loosening a belt.  The belt should be fairly TIGHT - tighter than you would think by hand.  Must be prusament PETG (other PETG will not give accurate read, and PLA  -no, don't do that)

Throw away the numbers from the control panel.   They are not belt tension.

Belt Tension Gauge

Wouldn't make more sense to just buy a real belt tension gauge? They're cheaper than a spool of PETG. I have no idea if the ad-hoc tension gauge will even print. I find it strange that Prusa doesn't give real values for tension, screw torque, etc. The tools to measure these things are relatively cheap (compared to the printer itself) and far more accurate.

RE: Bearing issue

This was all apparently due to bad bearings/bad instructions. Prusa will not help me. I will have to help myself.

I can't speak for Prusa

I know the belt tension gauge tool makes setting up the belt simple.  Suit yourself.

Can't print anything

Would love to print that tension gauge, but not having a functional printer kind of prevents that.
