mk3s post upgrade trouble with first, second, third layers

Hi Everybody.

first post long time lurker ... (not really tbh)

i recently upgraded my mk3 to mk3s+ after having the parts lying around for ages and never finding the time really. the mk3 setup was filling all my printing needs.

however now after countless calibrations and only smaller parts successfully printed i am hitting a wall and not sure what it is and what my next step to troubleshoot should be. I suspect it has to do with the bed. maybe even as simple as lubricating the rods.

please see attached pics.

here i used the smooth sheet.

i cant get the texture sheet not even to work at all. the nozzle starts to tear away on the first layer during the print and messes up and gobbs /gibbs it up. having to stop the print then i will not say anything else otherwise i make myself a fool 😉 (probably)

any ideas?

Oh PETG at 230-245/80-85 (tried tweaking temps)

dried PETG two hours at 65degrees first to make sure its not some humidity in it.

changed the nozzle

reran every calibration

reran first layer number of times until i was happy

first layer on that part is fine from there on i guess the nozzle starts to scratch the surface i guess

also fast x axis moves make a buzzing noise

should i take everything apart and start from scratch?
