MK3S No Longer Works after MMU3 Install

Hello,

I am looking for assistance with my MK3S. I purchased this unit a couple of months ago and printed many items with no issue. It was working great.

I decided to purchase the MMU3 when it was released and it was a mistake.

Ever since I assembled the MMU3 and installed it I am unable to print anything.

I am constantly receiving 'Thermal Anomaly' errors. The temperature seems to be reporting properly. I have completed a thermal model calibration multiple times and tuned PID as well. With that said I can usually get the process of a print started before the thermal anomaly stops it. When the printer is going through the mesh bed leveling procedure it will stop midway and say something to the effect of 'Z Enforcement'.

I have checked the sensors, adjusted the SuperPINDA, checked cables. I am at a loss on what to do right now besides uninstall the MMU3 and sell it.

I tried reaching out to support last week, but never received a response. If anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it.

Thermal anomaly has nothing to do with the MMU. This is a problem with your printer's Thermal Model calibration which was added in FW 3.12.

I turned off the MMU setting and ran the wizard to calibrate everything. My printer is back to great working order as before. I'm boxing the MMU3 for now.
