Mk3S New Kit Build

Hi All
Yesterday I received my Kit from Prusa. Shipping time was outstanding once it left Prusa.
So let me cut to the chase on my 1st concern.
The linear bearings on the Y axis.
I have read here and there about this and hate to start another post on it but...
1: What is the best lube to use on these bearings regardless of what Axis they are on?
Following the manual step by step my Y Axis bearings are noisy really noisy even with just
the slightest touch of tightness on the U bolt, in fact I can almost move the bearings by hand
if I try to force them just to show how loose they are.
2: I have read some can spin these bearings on the smooth rod others state they cannot...should they spin or no?
I feel they really shouldn't spin by their design?
I used some light duty oil just to see if they would quite down some but not so much.
3: I also noticed that at certain points on the smooth rods the Y carriage kind of sticks.
The rods show no nicks and seem to be pretty smooth and the rod supports are loose as per directions
to line up the bearings.
Im considering this evening to flip the Y carriage over and remount everything again and see
if that makes a difference. Yes from what I see the carriage is flat laying on a mirror that is also
flat checking with a flat edge.
I understand there is some noise but comparing mine to a fully built kit (a friends) mine (at least at this level of the build) are pretty noisy?
I know most of the noise is probably from some form of echo due to nothing really being attached yet I just want to see others thoughts.
In the mean time I will continue to look through the forum for more info but my initial search query isnt really returning much.... 🙁
