Mini and MK3 Pinda probes interchangable?

Pretty sure my mini's PINDA has failed. I'm guessing its because the ziptie securing its cable was too tight.

I want to avoid down time - are the MK3 and Mini Pinda probes interchangeable?

The Pinda has an LED. Does the LED come on at all?
