LCD blinking after boot
Hi,
I just finished building my newly arrived MK3 kit.
When I powered it, the LCD keeps blinking (lighting up and going dark again, endlessly).
In the assumption that I may have nicked a cable during assembly, I disconnected all connectors from the EINSY board (incl the LCD flat cables).
If I power just the EINSY board, I get a stable 6,2 volt on the power clamps and the power LED on the EINSY board keeps flashing. Reading up on https://reprap.org/wiki/EinsyRambo#Summary , I learned that the LED should be lit solid when the board powers.
Any idea what is wrong? Do I need to flash SW on the EINSY board or should it have come pre-loaded?
How can I debug this further?

Input from the power supply should be 24volts yours seem very low. Have a word with the people Via the chat box on the eshop page

Disconnect the power supply and measure it's output unloaded. Check both pairs.
If it's okay, hook up one pair to the Einsy. If it's still okay, hook up the other pair.
If the voltage drops when you hook the first pair, disconnect that input. Hook up the other pair to the other input terminals.
If you still get a voltage drop, you have either a bad Einsy, or the power supply fails under any load.
I would bet the Einsy.

Thanks for the swift reply!
Meanwhile I also figured out that the PSU should deliver 24V, so I disconnected the supply and measured it standalone.
The PSU delivers 6,8V on both of its outputs. I then looked up the schematics of the EISNY board and based on the approximately 7V input I am getting, it is pretty normal that the power LED blinks because the VCC regulator cannot deliver the right voltage at the right current level.
Basically I will have to conclude that the PSU is not OK, even-though I mounted it out-of-the box
