Layers lifting (not first layer) on random parts

My printer seems to be temperamental. I have printed two perfect prints of the desk organizer  and suddenly I can't print it anymore. Had first layer issues but I washed the bed and things stick. Glue doesn't help since it's not a first layer issue. Here's what I tried thus far:

  • Different bed sheets
  • First layer calibration
  • Swapping filaments (Overture PLA, Polymaker PLA+)
  • Drying filament
  • Higher extruder temperature (180 to 220)
  • Higher bed temperature (60 to 85)
  • Slower speeds (down to 50%)
  • Larger or smaller layers (2mm to 4mm)
  • Z axis lower or higher

I printed other things and they all print perfectly with the same settings on my Mk3+. As long as the print is not a very large flat surface, everything prints well. I calibrated the bed and nothing changed.

Here are some photos

At this point I am not sure what the next step would be. Any recommendations on what I can do? Very odd since it printed the same exact gcode file twice, and then this started happening. Note that I swapped the filament after those two good prints and the filament was inserted and wouldn't come out, but the extruder was not extruding any filament. So I unloaded it again, loaded it, and everything got back to normal. Well, not everything since I can't print this anymore.

Appreciate the help!
