Layer shifting or something else?

I'm having an odd problem with my printer. (Or me, don't want to blame the printer if it's innocent!)

I designed a simple keychain with text in blender, ran it through slicer, then printed it. I'm getting this weird layer shift on it, but only on the base and not the text. I'm printing a 3rd right now, at a slower speed, but it's turning out just like the other two. Is this oddly specific layer shifting? A design error? I have had some minor layer shifting going on in other prints but not consistently and not to this degree.

Thanks

Hard to say with out knowing the direction of the shift, looks like a mechanical problem maybe, something bumping softly for the first 10 or more layers. Finally it rises above what it was bumping but has no memory of a soft bump, so it just takes off straight, maybe zip ties in the support to the bundle are not quite lined where they should be. I made mine look just like the picture angle and location wise.

I had this same issue see post: https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting-f62/askew-printing-t25094.html

I got it fixed. I tightened the Y axis pulley set screws like the poster said to do. I also found this post: https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/others-archive--f82/y-axis-shift-t22913.html#p98044

I set those 2 settings in slicer to the yellow high lighted and my 2 prints have been good now. Give that a shot.
