Layer shift after infill

Hello,

The layer seems shift after infill and when an empty layer begin (see picture).
Is there a parameter in slic3r to avoid this ?

Note : Rest of the part is really clean.

Re: Layer shift after infill

for something like this with no obvious overhangs you could try external perimeters first

I tried it but result is same, we can see a difference between bottom of the cylinder (infill) and the rest of the part (empty).

Maybe a cooling issue ? Your thing is very small, so the upper layers are printed fast.

Try to give the fan more power or slow down printng speed.

I trying to adjust some parameters for better cooling but it seems not resolve the problem.
The problem appear on big parts too (I do some test with small parts). We can see on the following picture the problem again when layer infill change .
Maybe a problem with latest firmware ?

Re: Layer shift after infill

After more analyze, it seems that perimeters of the solid infill layers are different (sometime thinner, sometime bigger).
It's a really strange behavior. In my old printer I have not this issus (and it's a low cost printer). I have the trouble in all parts with slic3r pressets.

Yes, this makes really sense. Maybe also an issue to the new slic3r ? I see, you using the newest aplha.

Try printing a presliced thing from the sd-card.

Thank of all for your support.

No, I don't use the alpha version of slic3r, I thinked to printer firmware, but after downgrade it to 3.4.1, problem is same.
On this picture we can see better the problem after infill.

I will try another infill pattern, but it's my last idea ...

Re: Layer shift after infill

I have not tested with pre-sliced models, but it was my next step.

However, I have tested to slice my model with Cura and profiles available in the prusa drivers section of the website.
And finally, my problem not exist with Cura ...
In the following picture, on the left, thing with Slic3r PE, on the right, thing with Cura. It's clear, the problem come from Slicer PE and/or default settings.
Maybe the problem is just the settings, but I can not find which parameter is the problem.
