Layer inconsistency issues

Hey, ever since I've built the printer its been working ok,

but the layers are not as good as im expecting, on larger prints its overall not so bad (although very visible with white filament), but on smaller prints I get results which are very disappointing. I tried testing different extrusions  multipliers (1, .96, .95, .92), as well as different levels of tightness on the bondtech gears, but the results are the same.

Im printing with Esun PLA+ (also opened a completely new spool with same results) on 195c on 0.2mm , at default speeds, with default profiles. firmware 3.9.1.

belts tensions show X - 234, Y - 264, and I have made sure the screws on the axis's are aligned correctly with the motors.

I've also followed the online guide for common problems, and besides completely taking off the bed to make sure the bearings on the carriage are centered and checking the bondtech bearings. I only have the printer for about two weeks and couldnt really reach satisfactory results.

I also re-lubed the rods and made sure non of the screws are loose.

I Really need some insight on this, all assistance is very appreciated.

Pictures bellow are cutouts of a lithophane, as well as a mask for an Among Us model which is on 15% infill.
