Issue with bottom left curling. This is after having to replace parts

So, I received my MK3 and assembled it with no issues. It was printing fine. Calibrated fine. Several prints from thingverse printed fine. Until I printed something that popped off the bed, and left me with a giant glob of PLA. I was able to remove the glob, but had to replace the thermistor and heat cartridge. No problem, got that replaced yesterday, and reran all the calibrations. But now, I am having issues with the bottom left part of the print starting to curl. I've done the "PRUSA" print several times, and even did a print that I know worked great prior to this.

I'm not sure what seems to be the issue. Could my nozzle be clogged? The first layer seems..off. Please see attached pictures

Any help would be great, as this was printing great prior to the mishap 🙂

will get you back in the groove...

also scrub your plate with Dawn or other dish washing liquid... make a pad of clean paper towels moisten it and put a squirt of dawn on it and scrub till both sides of the plate are covered in suds rinse in clean running water and wipe dry with clean paper towel hold plate by edges do not get fingers on the print surface

Thank you for the quick response.

So with this, I assume "life adjust" is the "Live adjust"? When I run this, do I then adjust what I think it should be, and when I make the Live adjustment, does it stay in the settings, or do I go back into first layer calibration and make the correction there?

Thanks!

I agree that the 1st layer does not look right.

This is consistent with all the work you did on the extruder. Live-Z needs to be recalibrated. It is currently too high off the print bed.
Just start a print job and tune live-Z a bit further negative. Based on your 1st layer picts, I would expect your new live-Z to be 0.100 to 0.200 lower than current.

What is the difference between the First Layer Calibration and the Live-Z?

Re: Issue with bottom left curling. This is after having to replace parts

They are two different ways of achieving the same thing - establishing the Z value the printer uses during extrusion of the 1st layer.
Either way you adjust Live-Z, the printer remembers that value for later prints.

If you do anything to the nozzle, PINDA, or change print beds, Live-Z will need to be recalibrated. Because you worked on the extruder, height relationship between nozzle and PINDA was altered and that invalidates your prior Live-Z value. That is why 1st layer of your prints are now failing. The printer is no longer getting the nozzle to the correct height. Once you readjust live-Z (or 1st layer calibration) the live-Z value will be correct.

Thanks all, I think that corrected it. I may not have had it configured properly the first time either. Can someone tell me if the bottom of this print looks good? I searched but wasn’t able to see what a good bottom looks like.

Thanks!
