Is normal this noise?
Hi all,
I've bought my first Prusa MK3S+. When print is moving free, so no printing, it doesn't do noise that you can listen inside video. I would know if is normal or not. If not, what can I do to solve it ? I would say also that Prusa is printing all very good. I already printed PLA and PETG in textured and not. All prints are good. My Artillery X1 is printing not so good but is very silent. So I don't know if is normal for MK3S+ or not.

I would detension the belt - loosen the idler. Then unscrew the clip until definitely loose, blow compressed air or use a fine brush to ensure there's nothing trapped in there and retighten evenly, retension the belt and finally go through the XYZ calibrations ...
If this doesn't work you may need to loosen and reset the smooth rods placement in a similar manner.

No, that is not normal, something is loose.

I suspect that in the area of the printing table (guide elements) one or more connections are loose.
Check again all screw connections.

Karl, thanks for reply. I have tighted all bed screw and bearing clip too. I listen more noise on right of bed. Can you suggest me something else ? Also when I printing something high and printer is printing high noise disappear.
Someone told me to loose all screw and re-tight all bed screw again, but I don't know if is good or not.
Can you stop the noise by lightly touching the corner of the build plate?
Or, (careful) the end of one of the Y axis smooth rods?

I tried but nothing change. If I press bearing clip noise disappear. I notice that 2 screws are at different length. Probably this is issue. Do I need to unscrew everything to solve issue, also Y belt ?

Could you post a picture of the bearing clip including screws? Usually you can replace the screws without printing bed or belt disassembly.

First 2 are bearing screws. They have different lenght. Last one, as you can see, I can't put screwdriver. There isn't much space.

Thanks to Diem and Karl. I unscrew bed, then I unscrew bearing and screw again. Screw bed, calibration xyz and bed and now noise disappear. Thank you very much!
