inside perimeter not sticking to buildplate

I've been printing Parts for an upcoming Voron 2.4 Build and keep getting parts with inner perimeters not sticking to the buildplate.

I'm using the recommended Settings by Voron and use Polymaker ASA teal/orange. I am also using the textured buildplate with magigoo gluestick for better adhesion.

The printer is enclosed by one of those creality tents.

I did use the Voron test parts and other models to get the right extrusion multiplier for dimensionally accurate parts.

While I don't believe this phenomenon to be more than visual flaw it keeps bugging me.

Does anyone have an Idea hot to fix this ?

It seems like there isn't enough filament being extruded, but I have yet to find a "perimeter extrusion multiplier" or anything similiar.

The chamfers are not giving the tight internal perimeters much to stick to at the bottom then higher up they stick to the loose ones below - you don't show it but I expect the problem resolves itself by the top.  Try changing to Classic perimeter generation [advanced or expert mode], Arachne is sometimes touchy with this sort of print.  If necessary slow the print.

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Set up the print and slice as usual but don't save the g-code.

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

RE: inside perimeter not sticking to buildplate

I’ve printed in the past several instances of the Clockwork 2 motor plate using a Voron 2.4, a smooth plate and Prusament ASA. Never had any issues. Your settings are very similar to mine, except for the speeds, a Voron 2.4 being faster than a Prusa MK3. Apart from that, no significant differences. Maybe using a textured plate instead of a smooth one might account for these adhesion problems, even using glue.

There’s a zipped file of my project, so you can compare.

I found the problem... I had the "External Perimeters first" option checked so it tried to print the chamfers first and basically mid air.

Already did the first testprint and its looking way better. I am just gonna take a chamfer Bit to the parts I already printed.

Thank you for your time.
