Inconsistent first layers

Not first print troubleshooting, but first print in a few months and I'm struggling to get a first layer to adhere, and when/if it does it almost always fails partway through a print. PETG, Textured bed, .6 nozzle. Cleaned with IPA on some attempts, Windex on others. Z-Axis calibration mostly goes ok, sometimes the PETG sticks to the nozzle and trails it. The last little bit sometimes peels up on the edges (I've done probably 20 calibrations at this point)

I managed to get one of the "advanced" first layer calibration prints to stick and attached a picture. It looks to me (not the best eye) like I'm too close to the bed, but I can't get adhesion if I'm any farther. I'm really struggling to see what I can do differently.

I used an OctoPrint plug-in to visualize the level of the bed and here's what it looks like... I'm not sure what's an acceptable variance.
