How to calibrate X and Y extrusion difference?

Just printed a 20mm test cube after calibrated the extrusion multiplier in slicer. I noticed while Y axis is spot on, X axis is over by 0.19mm. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this and any fix? Many thanks in advance!
