Help requested: First Layer Calibration: "some problem encountered, z leveling enforced"

Hi all, I am a new to 3D printing and got a Prusa MK3S+. I assembled it myself and was able to get it working beautifully on Friday. I had excellent first layer calibration and printed out the PRUSA logo, the whistle, bat symbol, tree frog, and Benchy with excellent quality. I then moved my Prusa to a new table and chose to recalibrate. Now I can't get it to do the first layer calibration. I am able to do the Z-calibration part just fine, but the mesh bed leveling seems to always fail specifically on point 9/9 and stating "some problem encountered, z leveling enforced." I notice the LED light goes out right before point 9/9 too. I have spent hours with PRUSA support, have adjusted the PINDA and gone through the wizard test no less than 12 times.

There is no debris on my nozzle, steel plate, or heat bed. The super PINDA seems to be at the correct level. The sensor is working. I've recalibrated A LOT. The PRUSA support has been helpful, but it still is the same issue. Any advice from people have experienced this issue?

Thank you in advance for any help!

SOLVED: Just in case anyone has a similar problem, it turns out my heat bed was not even. Unscrewed it and screwed it back on (tightening the screws like the manual). That fixed the issue. I think I had over tightened them.
