HELP - Prusa i3 MK3S does not heat up anymore 🙁
After I had to (de)assemble my Prusa completely (Zaribo conversion, Bondtech extruder)
I can not get through the setup wizard. Neither print bed nor Hotend are heated.
When rebuilding I was careful, cable break, etc. I exclude.
Connections are correct - checked several times. (Bed +/- is correct, you can not reverse Hotend because of the plug shape and with the sensors it does not matter.)
Have measured he power connection for bed during the Wizards - it stayed at 0 V?!
Any ideas ?

check the fuses on the einsy
check the input voltages on the einsy screw connectors

From Zaribo:
Please note when you use a Rambo board we highly recommend to add our MOSFET kit as well. The plug connected to the RAMBO can melt and even damage the board.
Did you follow their advice?

Fuses checked - they are ok
input voltage - ok (~ 24 V)

Mailed with Zaribo - this is not neccesary for the einsy rambo.
RE: HELP - Prusa i3 MK3S does not heat up anymore 🙁
If the input voltage is 24v during calibration, and the bed remains cold, the next things to check are wiring continuity, fuse continuity, then bed continuity.
From the einsy side, power off, what's the resistance across the bed terminals?
From the bed side, power off, what's the resistance across the bed terminals?
From the einsy side, power on, bed temp set to 50c, what's the voltage across the bed terminals?

Best Answer by holger.s3 :
Take the plug J16 for power panic, if the heater then works again, the connections are reversed ....
