Another broken part. Can i use this part?

Yes, this is copper.

Or could i use something to secure scratch?

if that fails, a little clear  nail varnish would cover it!

Be careful with nail varnish.  Some that is made with Nitrocellulose which is flammable.  It is a primary ingredient used to light rocket motors.

Oh, now i see..

I must cover it whit nail varnich and burn it.

A thin layer of carbon => will be an insulator

you dont actually need an instuator. both the PEI stickers and the powdercoat PEI will protect your heat bed from contact with anything electrical

And the coating on the fiberglass is nothing special, either. Sometimes epoxy based, sometimes made from the same materials as what you find in paint and nail polishes.
