half bad print - can't find the problem

I read some of the topics (not the 27'000 that's true) but I can't find the same issue
I have some "imperfect" prints and I can't find what's the trouble. I tried this one with different parameters for exemple and always this problem :
here you can see the orientation of the piece. And then the top of the piece is not bad :
The back is still ok
But the front part is terrible :
The thing is for me it can't me a problem with the axis, then the back would have the same issue.
Both back and front faces are in the "extern perimeter" category in Slic3r, so should be print with the same settings.
Have someone an idea where to look? Is it a known problem?

It almost looks like a problem with the model - or layer height issues. Though some of the corner oddities can also be seam position. The mess inside the horizontal holes is support issues. But looking at the middle square thingy with vertical hole: well, that shouts broken model.
