got to xyz calibration failed- missing cal point

Newly assembled mk3, I set the PINDA height according to the instructions with the middle of the zip tie before starting the calibration process.

Wizard started- x-axis failed. Reset. X-axis ok, y-axis failed with too loose belt (tightened belt).

Reset. Wizard passed. Wizard asked to do xyz calibration. I tell it to proceed... the nozzle/PINDA circles around between 50 &150 before failure and check manual message. I scoured for answers. Tried "loosen the back of the extruder assembly".

Reran the xyz calibration. Nothing changed.

So i reran the wizard all the way through xyz calibration and now PINDA circles over the round outline.

The PINDA is lighting up. Finally found troubleshooting xyz calibration and checked the PINDA end stops - PINDA OK.

I have no idea where to go from here but probably the harness... The z-axis check mived both x-axis to the very top. The wire harness does touch the ensey cover, so that is what i will redo. The zip ties are not tight. I was very very picky with the assembly of the hot end, because I wanted it to be perfect, so I'm very sure it is straight.

Edited to list time line of calibration problems...

Just finished my build last night with a similar issue. On mine the X gear was loose from the flat of the motor causing too much slip deviation side to side. I think the LED flashes when its registering the outline on the surface.

I finally found how to test the PINDA, along with xyz calibration troubleshooting but had family obligations that interfered with continued tinkering tonight. Unfortunately, I hav ed only one thing to really tinker with or try, because I never tightened down my zip ties (just in case...), and I was incredibly persnickety about the seating of the hot end, and the z-axis went all the way to the top on both sides. But the E-axis harness does touch the einsey cover, but not when it is doing the xyz calibration -- but I will reposition it to eliminate the possibility.
