Getting layer shifting and blobs on my newly assembled Prusa MK3s

I have printed benchy's with great results, but I am struggling with this object from the IKEA LACK enclosure project.

These are vertically tall, thin walls and I have spent a great deal tweaking slicer settings to print these out in PETG. I have gotten nothing but crashes and layer shifting. These seem to be completely random, on the following print I have z hop off as I found it to be a stringy, blobby mess with it on. My most recent print was a layer shift and a blob on this print. I made sure my pully's don't move, belts are tight, belt tension is good (checked in lcd and it does sound like a bass when tugged on), smooth rod has no deformities, tried with stealth and normal mode, crash detection on and off. I really need to print these out but I just can't with how random these errors are. The only time I managed to successfully print on of these pieces is when I separated them and did an individual piece which gave great results. Then when I move on to print out two on the same bed, the following in the pictures happened.

Need to see more of the part than just a corner.  The fragments could be support failing, inter-layer adhesion, or the part loosening from the bed.  It also wouldn't hurt to link to the model you are using.
