Gaps happening with the print
Anybody have input on what is going on here with my prints? It's been doing this every time now. I have adjusted the nozzle several times and it appears to be great there with the test print. I do hear what sounds like some grinding when it screws up creating those bubbles and zig zag lines but it seems inconsistent. Any help troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

I'd say that your z-height is too low. Raise it about 0.150 (you can use live z-adjust for that, value indicated must be 0.150 lower since it's a negative offset).

Sounds like the extruder is under pressure - though it doesn't look like a partial clog...
I would check the bondtech gears are moving freely and not clogged. If the gears grate check the motor, an internal bearing might be failing.

A combination of slowing down the printing speed and raising the height a little bit did work. Thanks for the input guys.
