Flat surface quality ok or up for improvement?

The phone stand in the picture below was printed on a new MK3S. The surface is supposed to be a flat (designed as wedges in Tinkercad) and ca 11 cm wide. Is was sliced with PrusaSlicer and printed with the profile 0.2 mm Speed. Prusa PLA filament was used (215/60 C). Is this as good as it gets or should I improve my printer configuration? Hints where to start?

You should be able to get smoother top and sloped surfaces than that.  I definitely see some ringing in there.

If this were mine, I would first start by going over the mechanical situation, as in belts being tight, bearings lubricated and X/Y traveling smoothly, etc. before doing any config tweaking.

Increasing the tension on X as well as Y axis improved the print quality hugely.
