First to Second Layer adhesion Problems

Hello, if I print  I have good adhesion of the first layer to the printbed, Z calibration seems fine, the print completes without errors, the top surfaces are fine as well .

But when I look at the bottom of the print after printing (boxes e.g.) the first layer is completely not connected to the second layer (besides the side walls) an consists of separate Strings (like a harp).

Any Idea how to fix this ?

Print Settings: (MMU,Filamentum PLA White(same Effekt with Prusament PLA Silver), 1st Layer 215°C/2nd 205, Standard Setting 0.3mmm draft)

RE: First to Second Layer adhesion Problems

Draft settings are meant to be a little below par but a very quick test of a part, don't expect a high standard.

But 'Strings (like a harp)' sounds like either a poorly adjusted first layer; 'though you say yours is OK, or bridging.

Use the slider in the layers view of the slicer to check the bottom of your box is in contact with the build plate.

And if this is not the problem print one of the gcodes that came with the printer, is that OK?

If problems remain then post a picture of the result for us to er, admire and perhaps diagnose.

Cheerio,

RE: First to Second Layer adhesion Problems

Is it not the model you are using? try with a good stl file.

Make a picture of your first layer, and let us see.

First layer calibration, on youtube you can see examples on how to do this.
