First Print - Prusa_2000um_20m warping and lifting from bed
I've been 3D printing for years, so I'm familiar with most of the tricks.. glass beds, hair spray, glue, ambient room temp, etc... but this is my first Prusa printer and I can't get past this simple print and it's driving me nuts. I'm printing a sample directly off the SD card, the PRUSA name plate. The first few layers seem perfect, pressed against the bed properly, not rounded on top, and not too thin.
Like magic once I get several layers printed the bottom left corner starts to ever so slightly lift up, then as the extruder gets to the point where it starts printing the S in PRUSA the whole print comes off the bed and stick to the extruder and piece sticks to the nozzle and the PLA ball beings to form around it at which point the print just lifts totally off the bed and takes a ride on the nozzle.
I know you're not supposed to use glue, tape, or anything on the powder coated sheet (the only sheet I have), and I have meticulously cleaned and used both sides with Isopropyl Alchohol (70%, we don't have 90% and try finding any due to the Covid 19 hoarders).
As I'm writing this, I've gotten a little farther then before.. I'm seeing the PRUSA logo starting to print and no lifting yet.. I adjusted the Z level just a little closer to the bed than suggested just to see if printing a little closer to the bed would work.. it looked a little too close, but it seems that may have done the trick.. I'll keep everyone informed, but would love any tips in the meantime in case this pops off the bed again. Loving this printer so far! Can't wait till the MMU is back in stock.

So I got a few successful prints! Unfortunately the only was was to put the nozzle closer to the bed to the point where the extruded filament looks like the "too close" example. Any farther back and the filament just won't stick and pops up off the sheet.
(not close to the bed to the point where it makes contact of course)
So while it works, there must be a better way.

My issue began during calibration. The semi-squares pattern being printed was skew. Bringing the nozzle closer to the bed during calibration improved it just a bit. but was still skew. I then moved on to the Prusa logo, and that's where I started experiencing the issue in your post. thanks for sharing. I will continue investigating and will report back my findings. Cheers!

Hi , also new to printing.
I skipped the badge because of the same problem.
Started using glue on pla .
Got to the roof line of the bency , twice before it unstuck.
Had better success with asa with no glue , still not perfect on smooth sheet with cardboard screen one side.
Using brim was more successful than skkirt which did not stick together , causing model to move on sheet when caught by hot end.
Been told to do extruder extraction test by someone to check filament feed supply.

Reporting back that my problem went away. I am an absolute beginner so this might sound like old info but I though I'll share it anyway. The test print pattern prints perfectly without coming off now. It came down to me not being able to judge how low is too low during calibration. I then watched a video where the guy showed that as soon as a line is printed during calibration, try to slightly swipe it off with your finger tip (using the slightest touch), and if it comes off, you have to go lower. The close-line pattern which is printed at the end of the calibration will show if you are too low if they start bubbling. I also cleaned the heatbed steel sheet with alcohol beforehand.
