First Layer Issue

Hi!

I upgraded my MK3 to MK3S. Before upgrade the printer worked very well, properly and accuratly.

After the assambly i calibrated XYZ and etc,  the result of first layer calibration was not acceptable. See two pictures

After nozzle unmounting and heatbreak cleaning. I checked PINDA position, I calibrate again.....

Calibrate again..... and set Z adjustment..... and the result:

I am clueless, any advise?

Thanx for help

RE: First Layer Issue

The first image (squiggles) the nozzle is much too high.  Last image, nozzle still seems high, and bed is pretty oily from fingerprints.   Fix the bed contamination with soap and water and then use a solid part to fine tune Live-Z and you should be able to get the first layer set pretty quickly.

I use these cal circles to tune layer 1.

Hi!

I changed the nozzle and the filament.

I increased the z adjustment from -0,670 to -0,870.  and Recalibrated the printer.

The result: (not perfect yet, but acceptable)
